Avinaa Realtors builds residential and commercial buildings in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Over ten years we have completed nine projects totalling 1,90,000 sq ft, working street by street in the neighbourhoods we know.
The work is straightforward. We acquire or partner on a plot, design for the way families in this city actually live, build to a standard we are willing to put our name on, and hand over on the date we committed to.
Our homes are delivered furnished and fully serviced. Every project is led by the founders directly, from the first drawing to the last handover.

Process
From land to possession
The same six stages on every project, whether we own the land or are developing it with a society or a landowner.

Land and title
Acquisition or a development agreement, with title, encumbrance and society records examined before anything is signed.

Feasibility
Permissible area, unit mix, cost and sale value tested together, so the project is priced honestly at the start.

Design and approvals
Architect, structural consultant and services drawings coordinated, then taken through municipal sanction and RERA registration.

Construction
Built with our own site team and long-standing contractors, on a schedule reported to buyers at each slab.

Fit-out and snagging
Furnishing, services commissioning and a room-by-room check with the buyer before keys change hands.
06
Handover and after
Occupation certificate, documents, defect liability, and support to the society once it takes over the building.
